The seamless transition to our sister collection company EOS KSI Inkasso Deutschland GmbH

You received a letter from EOS. Here is why.

In a letter, we informed you that your claims have now been transferred for further processing to a sister collection company of EOS Deutscher Inkasso-Dienst GmbH.

Until now, we were responsible for the management and processing of your claims through your contractual partner. However, due to a strategic realignment, we will no longer continue processing your claims but will instead hand them over to the equally good and trustworthy hands of our sister company:

Of course, this is done with the consent of your contractual partner. For this reason, we are immediately ceasing the processing of your claims with us. Please direct any inquiries you may have directly to EOS KSI from now on.
