Call us if you have more questions. You can find our phone number on the letter, at the top right.
My claim & debt collection
We refer to your contractual partner as the "original creditor". This is mentioned at the top left of our letter. The letter specifies what the matter is about. When contacting us, always provide the 11-digit number, which we call the claim number. This is located at the top right of our letter.
You don't know the contractual partner? Please note that when ordering on the Internet it is sometimes different. Payments are to be made to another company. We call these payment service providers. Example: Otto Payments or Ratepay.
Are you worried about our letter? Get in touch! If the invoice remains unpaid for a longer period, additional costs will accrue due to interest and fees. You can make a payment through our service portal. You can also call us. We'll work together to find a solution.
You have not paid an invoice. That's why we were commissioned. We will take care of the outstanding invoice. This may incur additional costs. These include interest on arrears and collection costs.
Otto Payments is a payment service provider. If you have ordered via Otto.de, Otto Payments will receive the money. You have not paid the amount after several reminders? That's why Otto Payments asked us to help. We are now your point of contact. You need to make the payment to EOS now.
Are you unsure if the claim is correct? Please remember: Only raise a complaint if you are completely certain. If you dispute without reason, costs may increase. Check everything beforehand. Perhaps something was overlooked. Look in your email inbox (including the spam folder) and in old letters. Your contractual partner has usually contacted you beforehand.
Do you believe you have already made the payment? Please check your bank documents. Did you pay the correct person? Is the payment reference correct? Was the correct amount deducted? Remember that costs and interest must also be paid. In the service portal, you can view your payments from the last 90 days.
Please note: If you have canceled a contract (for example, a mobile phone contract), you must continue to make payments until the end of the contract.
My payment
We have taken over the claim from your contractual partner. Now, we are your point of contact. Please provide your claim number (11-digit number) when making a payment. Do not pay your original contractual partner, as this can lead to delays and additional costs. The costs that have already been incurred will not disappear if you pay the original contractual partner.
You can pay in our service portal. You can use these payment methods there:
You can also make a bank transfer. Our bank details can be found at the bottom right of the letter.
Important: When you transfer money, please always write your claim number in the payment reference. This will help us find and allocate your money quickly. The claim number is an 11-digit number. It can be found at the top right of our letter. Or in the e-mail.
In our service portal, you can find an overview. There you can see the payments made in the last 90 days. You can also pay the outstanding amount there. Please enter your claim number (11-digit number), which is located at the top right of our letter.
You want a quick answer, and we understand that. We take the time to address each concern. Thank you for your patience. Sometimes there may be waiting times. For example, if we need to clarify something with your contractual partner.
Help us by not asking further questions on the same topic. Don't see your payment immediately? Data and payments may be displayed with a slight delay. Please check again the next day.
Payment by installments
Give us a call. Then we can discuss everything together.
Sometimes, we cannot offer an installment payment option in the service portal. Reasons for this may include:
It's good to talk to us about it. Together, we will find a solution.
My data
This depends on various factors. For there to be an entry with Schufa, certain conditions must be met:
OR
Sometimes your previous contractual partner has already made the Schufa report. Before we were commissioned. A Schufa entry can be bad for your creditworthiness. This can mean various things. For example, you may no longer be able to sign a cell phone contract. Or not getting a loan.
That's why it's important to pay. Or tell us the reason for your non-payment. You will find many payment options in our service portal. Also installment payments.
Please note: We tell Schufa that everything is settled. When you have paid everything. Then the Schufa entry will be deleted. This takes a certain amount of time.
We receive your data from your contractual partner. For example, your name, address and date of birth. Sometimes also your e-mail address and telephone number. We also look at the reason for the claim. We also look at the amount and due date of the payment. We need this data. To process your case. We treat your data confidentially. We only store it for as long as we need it.
Please note: We need to ask you for your details on the phone. That way we know that we are talking to you. And that no one is misusing your data.
You have not paid your invoice with Otto? Has the case been handed over to EOS? Do the following. Then you can shop at Otto again.
