Claims view & serach

Claims view & search

You can access all relevant information in the “single claim” view. In addition, documents associated with the claim (such as reminder letters, statements of claims/fees, correspondence with customers, clients and third parties) are available round the clock.

As well as the simple search for claims, EOS Space also provides an advanced search function based on numerous specific criteria, saving you time and stress. 

Chronology

Track all activities related to a claim over time. This includes the history of customer and client contacts, payments & bookings, title actions as well as enforcement measures.

Cases needing clarification

Avoid long emails or phone calls and settle cases needing clarification with us quickly and easily on the website. Customizable templates help you to process all issues with just a few clicks e.g.:

  • Initiate/cancel dunning block
  • Upload/exchange documents
  • Submit other data on the claim
  • Submit queries on the claim

Payment notifications

You can transmit incoming payments from your customers and cancellations to EOS with just a few clicks. Messages, which are not submitted automaticly (for example via sFTP), can be submitted individually or in bulk via CSV upload.

 

In this way, you can keep track of all sent notifications and follow the bookings on the receivables accounts in real time.

Accounting documents

All settlements and reports are provided by EOS in completely digital form. Simply download the documents as a PDF or ZIP file from the portal.

The documents are archived for 10 years in accordance with statutory retention periods and the labelling of unopened files the best possible overview.
