Purpose of processing and legal basis:
Data processing is carried out for the purpose of the protection of property as well as for the security of persons, buildings and goods.
In addition, data processing is required for the protection of our legitimate rights or those of a third party, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interests include the deterrence and prevention of criminal acts, the protection of our domiciliary rights and the safeguarding of evidence.

We process the following categories of data: Video recordings.
Recipient:
Within the scope of the protection of property, in the event of a criminal act and/or danger to persons, buildings and property, we shall share the data with the necessary bodies relating to the administration of justice.
Retention period:
7 days
Rights of the affected party:
In accordance with Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR and where legal preconditions are met, you are entitled to the following rights: Right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.
You also have a right to object to processing, in accordance with Art. 14(2)(c) in conjunction with Art. 21 of the GDPR, based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In accordance with Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. If you wish to lodge a complaint, you can usually contact the supervisory authority for your habitual residence or place of work, or the supervisory authority for our company headquarters
