    Processing purposes:
    Data processing is carried out for the purposes of initiating the contract, as well as the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 1. (b) of the GDPR. Another purpose for data processing is for targeted advertising purposes relating to services within the framework of receivables management in accordance with Art. 6 1. (f) of the GDPR. In this way, data processing is required for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

    Company master data, personal master data, communication data, contract data.
    The data from these categories was either supplied to us by you or acquired from publicly available data sources.

    Recipients:
    The data will not be sent to third parties outside of the EOS Group.

    Duration of storage:
    One of the reasons that we store your data is for the purposes of fulfilling the contract. If the erasure of data is requested, or permission to process the data is revoked, an assessment is performed regarding whether there is a lack of legal basis and what the purposes for storage are. If there is neither a legal basis/purpose for storage, the data is erased immediately.

    There is no requirement to erase data if the data relates to a legal entity or is publicly available.

    Rights of the data subject:
    In accordance with Art. 15-21 of the GDPR, you have the following rights if the legal requirements are applicable: Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.

    You also have a right to object to processing in accordance with Art. 14 II c, Art. 13 II b and Art. 21 of the GDPR, based on Art. 6 I f of the GDPR.

    Right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority:
    In accordance with Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. If you wish to lodge a complaint, you can usually contact the supervisory authority for your habitual residence or place of work, or the supervisory authority for our company headquarters.

In accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the processing of your data is required due to a delayed payment by you that is required for the fulfilment of a contract with the aforementioned creditor.
    A further purpose of data processing is for the management of receivables in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which also includes the data-based control of debt collection measures which has been optimised for you. Data processing is therefore required for the protection of our legitimate interests or those of a third party.

    After payment of the outstanding debt or termination of the debt collection proceedings, after three years we shall evaluate whether we still need your data and whether an exclusion of statutory retention periods is necessary.

    As part of our contractual relationship, we will not share your data with any other recipient.

    Duration of storage:
    Three years after the end of the contractual relationship, we will assess whether we still require your data and whether the erasure of this data is prohibited due to a statutory retention period.
